Efficient nurses, quiet ward and kept well informed.
Easy access HDMI port on TV to play in games machine/laptop.
I was very well looked after at Marsden Sutton today (17 January 2019). Hip x-ray was required and I was seen very quickly. The person doing the x-ray was extremely polite and caring person and made me feel at ease. Wonderful attention given to me today.
I was really impressed with the professionalism, teamwork and personal care given by all of the radiographers and staff in the radiotherapy department. When I arrived early for appointments, I was often called for treatment early, and only had to wait a short time twice out of 20 sessions.
The radiographers explained what they were doing and were very reassuring, putting me totally at ease at a difficult time. I would especially like to mention Esther and Sally, but was impressed with the whole team and the way you worked seamlessly together in different pairs.
I cannot think of anything that needs to change to improve the service, keep doing what you are doing!
Nurses are amazing. Food is really good. Really good health care.
This form is too childish! Christmas presents were amazing. Thank you. Nurse on Monday morning was unfriendly but lovely in the afternoon.
Everything was amazing.
Care was very good.
Everyone seems duty conscious. Nurses and volunteers were so polite. Patients got a lot of support to find what reception to go to or where their ailment needs them to be.
Friendly staff but long wait. Should tell patients in advance of the need to be early for blood tests/ECG etc.
I cannot fault the care I am given but on several occasions as today, I have had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen by a doctor. The reasons given were always the same. "This is due to a very busy clinic". Is this because the clinic was constantly over booked with individual appointment times or just badly managed? Also doctors appear to have 'meetings' arranged at the same time as patients appointment times!
